HAVE WE MENTIONED WE HAD A PHOTOSHOOT? Geez, where are our manners – we haven’t even told you about our brand photoshoot we had at the resort in May. We invited a few models and social media influencers from Australia and Bali to join us for a 5-day adventure in and around the resort, alongside some likeminded brands. HERE’S A QUICK BEHIND-THE-SCENES SCOOP DAY 0 The photographers arrive and we hit the ground running immediately! We scouted locations for the next day and used the time to get waterfall and various resort shots out of the way. DAY 01 The models arrive and even after travelling very far, we still managed to get the local market and yoga shots we needed. They were pumped being at the resort after all the flights… ‘Air-con’ was mentioned quite a few times ;) DAY 02 With free WIFI access at the resort, we saw a lot of content coming from everyone. We managed to get early morning to evening shots at the resort. DAY 03 With an early start, we visited Friwen Island for some beach, coconut, snorkeling, paddle board and jetty (to name a few). It was hot… very. DAY 04 The earliest start yet, we visited Alice in Wonderland for paddle boarding, the secret sand bank during low tide and managed to get even more speed boat and underwater photos. Although we went through two cloud breaks, we still ticked off all the boxes for the day. DAY 05 Hiking to the top of Piaynemo, and getting those scuba dive angles in, ensured a great end to a busy week of shooting. DAY 06 Models and photographers are swiftly checked-out, fed (vegan and pro-fruit cuisine) and on their way back home.
