Indonesian government has imposed temporary entry restriction policy for foreign citizens from all countries to Indonesia.

Upon submission of Visa, applicants must provide a health certificate issued by relevant health authorities.
All visitors must submit a Health Alert Card to the Port Health Authority upon arrival at Indonesian airports.
Should the travel history indicate that a person has travelled to the government-concerned countries in the last 14 days; such a person may be refused entry to Indonesia.
For Indonesian citizens who have travelled specifically to areas mentioned above, will have an additional checkup at the arrival airport by the Port Health Authority.

There are two required permits.
(RAJA AMPAT MARINE PROTECTED AREAS ENTRY PERMIT)
A permit tag structure is in place and enforced by the government.
The permit is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
The permit fee for international visitors is IDR700,000 (approx $40)
The permit fee for Indonesian citizens is IDR425,000 (approx $30)
Children under 12 years of age are not required to have a permit.

(RAJA AMPAT MARINE PARK CRUISING PERMIT)
Permits are available for vessels for 1, 3, 6, 8, or 12 month periods.
This is enforced by the Coast Guard and should be available on board
for inspections at all times.

Permits are necessary for all districts, reserves, national parks and
marine protected areas in and around Raja Ampat, Indonesia.
